1. General Information

The information provided through the Veyro website, dashboard, APIs, documentation, SDKs, integrations, and other communication channels is intended solely for general informational and operational technology purposes.

Veyro is a developer-first payment orchestration and payment operations software platform. Veyro provides software tools that enable businesses to connect and manage their own payment service provider accounts through a unified technical interface.

Although we aim to provide accurate, reliable, and up-to-date documentation and platform services, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, uninterrupted, current, or tailored to every commercial use case. You are solely responsible for independently evaluating technical specifications and determining whether Veyro is appropriate for your operational and regulatory requirements.

2. Nature of Veyro's Services

Veyro provides software infrastructure and developer tools for payment routing and orchestration. Depending on the selected tier, contractual order form, and available third-party connectors, the Services may support:

Payment service provider connectivity via unified credentials and tokens.
Dynamic, rule-based, and cost-optimized payment request routing.
Normalized multi-gateway transaction status tracking and error translation.
Centralized payment operations management and operational dashboards.
Webhook ingestion, signing verification, and delivery multiplexing.
Consolidated transaction reporting and ledger export capabilities.
Automated payment ledger reconciliation workflows.
Developer APIs, CLI tools, and client SDKs.
Operational latency analytics, decline breakdowns, and error monitoring.

Veyro's Services are designed to coordinate software interactions with connected payment providers. The availability and functionality of individual features may depend on technical capabilities, upstream provider restrictions, merchant account permissions, and third-party contractual terms.

3. No Independent Payment Processing or Banking Representation

Clear Demarcation: Software Orchestration, Not a Financial Institution

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement and permitted under applicable financial regulations, Veyro provides software orchestration technology and does not represent itself as:

× A Bank or Credit Institution
× An Acquiring Bank
× A Card Network (Visa/MC)
× A Custodian of Funds
× A Deposit-Taking Entity
× A Money Transmitter
× An Escrow Agent
× A Settlement Clearinghouse
× A Direct Payment Gateway

Under Veyro's Bring-Your-Own-Provider (BYOP) service architecture, Customers connect their own merchant accounts with licensed payment service providers. Connected providers perform payment authorization, clearing, risk review, and settlement directly into the Merchant's bank account. Veyro does not receive, pool, hold, intermediate, or independently settle transaction proceeds. Nothing in this Disclaimer overrides mandatory statutory requirements.

4. No Guarantee of Payment Success

Veyro does not guarantee that any payment transaction submitted via our routing layer will be successfully authorized, captured, processed, or settled.

Payment authorizations and settlements are determined by external financial intermediaries beyond Veyro's control, including issuing banks, acquiring processors, fraud prevention filters, card networks, local payment schemes, and consumer account standing.

Authoritative Verification:

A successful HTTP 200 response or acknowledged API submission does not guarantee that funds have been settled or will not be reversed. Merchants should verify transaction settlements against authoritative provider ledgers and follow documented idempotency standards.

5. Third-Party Payment Providers

Veyro integrates with independent third-party payment service providers, banks, and acquiring gateways. These entities are independently managed, regulated, and operated.

Veyro does not control, supervise, or warrant:
  • Third-party gateway uptime, scheduled maintenance, or unscheduled service outages.
  • Provider risk scoring, transaction approval algorithms, or decline determinations.
  • Settlement deposit schedules, rolling reserves, or withheld merchant funds.
  • Provider pricing structures, interchange rates, or processing fees.
  • Chargeback adjudications, dispute evidence evaluations, or representment outcomes.
  • Modifications, breaking changes, or deprecations of third-party APIs.

Your contractual relationship with connected payment providers is governed entirely by your separate merchant agreements with them. Veyro bears no responsibility for provider acts, omissions, or unilateral account actions.

6. No Financial, Legal, Tax, or Professional Advice

Independent Professional Evaluation Required

Content, documentation, compliance guides, routing templates, and operational metrics provided by Veyro do not constitute legal, tax, financial, investment, accounting, or regulatory advice.

Any analytics, reports, decline metrics, or routing recommendations are delivered purely as technical aids to support your engineering and operations teams. You must consult qualified legal, financial, tax, and compliance advisors to ensure your business operations comply with applicable payment regulations, sales taxes (GST/VAT), cross-border trade restrictions, and consumer protection laws.

7. Analytics and Performance Information

Veyro provides operational analytics, dashboards, and performance indicators (e.g., volume breakdowns, authorization percentages, provider latency, retry efficiency).

These telemetry streams depend on data transmitted by connected providers and customer configuration accuracy. Veyro does not guarantee that operational analytics will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable as an exclusive source for statutory corporate audits, official tax returns, or regulatory filings. Customers must verify operational figures against primary provider statements and core accounting ledgers.

8. No Guarantee of Cost Savings or Improved Authorization Rates

Veyro provides automated smart routing, cascade fallbacks, and multi-gateway failover mechanisms designed to optimize transaction flows. However, Veyro does not guarantee:

Guaranteed increase in payment authorization or conversion rates.
Specific percentage reductions in gateway processing fees or interchange.
Elimination of payment transaction failures or bank declines.
Measurable increases in gross commercial revenue.
Reduction in customer chargeback or fraud dispute ratios.
Accelerated settlement deposits from third-party processors.

Actual payment performance is dictated by market conditions, consumer credit standing, card network policies, merchant industry classification (MCC), and customer configuration.

9. Service Availability and Technical Reliability

While Veyro commits to rigorous infrastructure standards and high system availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, latency-free, or error-free platform uptime unless expressly stipulated in an executed Enterprise Service Level Agreement (SLA).

The Services may be affected by scheduled maintenance, emergency security patches, cloud infrastructure disruptions (AWS, GCP), upstream provider downtimes, or telecommunications failures. Veyro reserves the right to temporarily throttle or limit endpoints to preserve overall platform security and stability.

10. API, SDK, and Integration Limitations

Veyro provides developer APIs, client SDKs, code snippets, and integration blueprints. These resources are provided for development convenience.

  • Sample code and blueprints require rigorous staging and review before production deployment.
  • SDK functionality depends on runtime execution environments and third-party dependencies.
  • API capabilities, fields, and endpoints evolve over time under versioning lifecycles.
  • Merchants are responsible for implementing robust exception handling, idempotency, and timeout controls.

Veyro does not warrant that its APIs or SDKs will be compatible with every custom tech stack, legacy framework, or unapproved network environment.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers remain solely responsible for the operation of their own businesses, merchant accounts, customer relationships, and application systems. Veyro's provision of software infrastructure does not transfer commercial, legal, or operational responsibilities to Veyro.

12. Security Disclaimer

Veyro applies strict defense-in-depth security measures as detailed in our Security Policy. However, no software platform, cloud infrastructure, or internet transmission can be guaranteed 100% immune from malicious compromise or zero-day vulnerabilities.

Customers are required to safeguard their secret API keys, enforce role-based access controls, protect webhook secrets, and ensure their client applications do not expose sensitive credentials. Specific security undertakings are governed by our formal contracts and Data Processing Agreement.

13. Data Accuracy and Information Completeness

Transaction metadata, error messages, and gateway responses displayed within Veyro are relayed from connected upstream payment providers. Veyro does not independently verify the substantive truth or completeness of raw data furnished by third-party processors. Customers should reconcile critical discrepancies with the issuing processor before initiating irreversible commercial actions.

14. External Links and Third-Party Content

The Veyro documentation, website, and dashboard may reference third-party documentation, developer tools, or payment gateway portals. These references are provided for navigational ease. Veyro does not endorse or accept responsibility for external content, privacy practices, terms of service, or security postures of third-party domains.

15. Third-Party & Open-Source Software Components Disclaimer

Veyro software and SDKs may incorporate or rely upon third-party libraries and open-source software dependencies. Such third-party components are provided under their respective license terms (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD) on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty or indemnification of any kind from their individual contributors or upstream authors.

16. Self-Hosted & Dedicated Deployments

Where enterprise agreements permit customers to operate self-hosted or dedicated private instances of Veyro software, customers are exclusively responsible for securing, monitoring, and operating their underlying cloud infrastructure, databases, secret managers, firewalls, and backup routines. Veyro's managed cloud security commitments apply strictly to Veyro-hosted multi-tenant environments.

17. Limitation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veyro and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for commercial damages, lost profits, or business interruption arising from:

  • Decisions made based on general technical documentation or advisory guidelines.
  • Independent payment processor actions, declines, reserves, or account freezes.
  • Upstream gateway outages, network partitioning, or banking clearance delays.
  • Misconfigured customer routing logic, invalid fallback paths, or faulty webhook consumers.
  • Compromise of customer API keys, credentials, or administrative accounts.
  • Failure of the Merchant to satisfy provider KYC requirements or sector regulations.

The definitive allocation of contractual liability and aggregate liability caps are governed by the Veyro Terms of Service.

18. No Waiver of Mandatory Rights

Nothing contained within this Disclaimer is intended to limit or exclude statutory warranties, consumer protections, or legal rights that cannot be lawfully disclaimed under the applicable governing law of your jurisdiction. Where any provision conflicts with mandatory statutory laws, the relevant statutory mandate shall prevail without invalidating the remaining terms.

19. Changes to This Disclaimer

Veyro may amend this Disclaimer periodically to align with product updates, new third-party integrations, or statutory regulatory shifts. Revisions will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued access or usage of Veyro following notice signifies your acknowledgment of the updated Disclaimer.
